There is a movement afoot! Invasive plant species are wreaking havoc on our natural
areas, but communities are fighting back—with knowledge, organization, and the right tools.

Dawn Slack, Director of Stewardship for The Nature Conservancy, will highlight some outstanding tools for conservation and invasive species management. She will also share how neighborhood discussions and citizen science get results and how you can use the EDDMapS 4 app to report invasive species populations where you find them. Refreshments provided.

Presented by the Indiana Native Plant Society Central Chapter in partnership with Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation. Free.
