MON FEB 27   “Woodland Wildflowers & the Invasives that Threaten Them” Susan Ulrich,  WC-INPAWS Vice-President, will give us a preview of spring!

MON MAR 27  “Kankakee Sands: 20 Years and 6,500 Restored Acres Later” (was incorrectly listed for APR in Native Roots)  Presentation by Alyssa Nyberg, Kankakee Sands Nursery Manager and Outreach Coordinator. Alyssa built up the seed nursery that produced the native seeds used for this massive restoration. She will talk about the property and their special 2016 “bison-tennial” project.

MON APR 24  “Indiana Plant Atlas”  (was incorrectly listed for MAR in Native Roots) Rebecca Dolan, Director of the Friesner Herbarium at Butler University, will introduce us to a new website for plant identification and learning. Learn about this massive undertaking: a website that covers all the plants of Indiana, including multiple pictures, ranges, and more.
